Prepare a useful RFQ
A short enquiry can be enough when it contains the right technical details. Tell us the existing model or marking, quantity, outside diameter, stud thread, operating speed or cycle, application and anything unusual about the environment. A drawing or clear product photo is especially helpful for replacement work.

For uncertain replacements, do not force a cross-reference. Send the visible marking and the measured interface so the candidate size can be checked before quotation.
