Description

EP-KR26 / EP-KRV26 is the EVER POWER designation for the 26 mm nominal outside-diameter size in the KR/KRV stud type track roller family. It uses a M10x1.25 stud, an outer-ring width of 14 mm and a speed reference of 17,000 rpm. This size is a practical screening point for packaging, printing, food-processing equipment and general automation.

Dimensions and mounting interface

EP-KR26 is useful when the mechanism can accept a larger outside diameter but should stay within an M10 stud interface. Do not assume it is a drop-in alternative to EP-KR22; the outer-ring width and contact geometry still need checking.
| Dimension | Value |
|---|---|
| G1 | 12 mm |
| B max | 13.2 mm |
| B1 max | 36.2 mm |
| B2 | 23 mm |
| B3 | — |
| C1 | 0.6 mm |
| rs min | 0.3 mm |
Although EP-KR26 shares an M10 thread family with the smaller size, its larger ring changes the surrounding clearance. Measure the bracket face, shoulder position and available radial space together during replacement.
Construction and configuration choices
The family can use a cylindrical or spherical outer surface depending on design. Confirm the mating-track geometry and edge-contact requirement.
When eccentric adjustment is required, use the KRE / KRVE naming as the enquiry reference and confirm the eccentric value and mounting orientation.
If the mechanism needs a particular KRV sealing arrangement, grease specification, clean-production lubricant or washdown resistance, state it as an ordered requirement.
Treat the rolling interface as a radial follower contact and inspect for edge loading after installation. Axial restraint should come from the machine guidance system unless a specific engineered arrangement says otherwise.
If the machine is cleaned frequently, identify whether fluid can reach the follower and how the existing part is lubricated. That operating detail should be carried into the replacement specification.
Size-specific selection perspective
Where EP-KR26 / EP-KRV26 fits
EP-KR26 / EP-KRV26 keeps the M10 stud family while increasing the outside diameter compared with EP-KR22. That combination is useful when the machine can accept a larger rolling contact but the supporting member is already designed around an M10 interface. Packaging, food-processing and general automation equipment can add washdown, contamination or lubricant constraints that should be stated with the RFQ. A replacement check should therefore cover the whole envelope, not only the shared thread. Compare outer-ring width, shoulder geometry, clearance to guards and the actual track profile. If the mechanism has recurring shock at a cam transition, review that track condition before assuming that a larger outside diameter alone will improve service life.
Confirm that the machine really needs the 26 mm rolling diameter while retaining an M10 stud. After the geometry is settled, review washdown or contamination exposure, cycle pattern and track condition to define the ordered configuration.
Replacement and cross-reference identification
IKO CF10-1 and WERB NAKD26 are useful identifiers for this nominal size. The KRV-family legacy row uses NAKD26V. Use these references to narrow the search, then verify the physical interface and ordered configuration before treating the parts as interchangeable.
| EP reference | IKO reference | WERB legacy | Replacement note |
|---|---|---|---|
| EP-KR26 | CF10-1 | NAKD26 | Standard KR-family reference; confirm ordered outer-surface and lubrication details. |
| EP-KRV26 | CF10-1 | NAKD26V | KRV-family reference; confirm sealing/guide configuration for the order. |
| EP-KRE26 / EP-KRVE26 | — | — | Eccentric-family naming when an eccentric arrangement is required; confirm e and the complete interface. |
Selection and installation checks
Confirm D* 26 mm, C 14 mm, M10x1.25 thread, B/B1/B2 geometry and the available shoulder/corner clearance.
Inspect the mating track in the context of high-cycle cam motion. A displaced contact band, ridge or local impact mark can indicate an alignment or track problem that should be corrected before EP-KR26 / EP-KRV26 is installed.
The speed reference is 17,000 rpm. Real operating suitability still depends on load, lubrication, temperature, contamination and cycle pattern.
State KR/KRV/KRE/KRVE preference, outer-surface geometry, lubricant/sealing requirement and any inspection/documentation needs in the RFQ.
