EP-KR32 / EP-KRV32 Track Roller Bearing

32 mm stud type track roller: EP-KR32 / EP-KRV32, M12x1.5 stud, 14,000 rpm speed reference, IKO CF12-1 identification reference.

Description

medium industrial track roller

EP-KR32 / EP-KRV32 is the EVER POWER designation for the 32 mm nominal outside-diameter size in the KR/KRV stud type track roller family. It uses a M12x1.5 stud, an outer-ring width of 14 mm and a speed reference of 14,000 rpm. This size is a practical screening point for automation fixtures, packaging and printing mechanisms where a slightly larger track diameter is useful.

Dimensions and mounting interface

EP-KR32 / EP-KRV32 KR CF style dimension drawing

EP-KR32 shares the M12×1.5 thread and most stud dimensions with EP-KR30, but its 32 mm outside diameter changes the mating-track geometry. It is therefore a distinct dimensional option, not merely another designation.

Dimension Value
G1 13 mm
B max 15.2 mm
B1 max 40.2 mm
B2 25 mm
B3 6 mm
C1 0.6 mm
rs min 0.6 mm

A familiar M12 thread can make EP-KR32 look interchangeable with EP-KR30, but the mounting check must include the larger ring envelope. Confirm the shoulder, axial lengths and track position after seating.

Construction and configuration choices

Outer-ring running surface

The family can use a cylindrical or spherical outer surface depending on design. Confirm the mating-track geometry and edge-contact requirement.

Eccentric option

When eccentric adjustment is required, use the KRE / KRVE naming as the enquiry reference and confirm the eccentric value and mounting orientation.

KRV / lubricant details

If the mechanism needs a particular KRV sealing arrangement, grease specification, clean-production lubricant or washdown resistance, state it as an ordered requirement.

Radial track duty

The larger 32 mm ring should run on a properly aligned radial track. If a machine relies on the follower to absorb persistent side thrust, the arrangement needs an engineering review rather than a simple size substitution.

For a retrofit from another M12 follower, verify the radial clearance around the 32 mm ring with the machine at its closest approach. Static clearance on an open mechanism may not represent the full motion.

Size-specific selection perspective

Where EP-KR32 / EP-KRV32 fits

EP-KR32 / EP-KRV32 retains the M12×1.5 stud used by EP-KR30 but increases the rolling diameter. That makes it a useful comparison size when the mounting thread is already fixed but the cam or track geometry allows a slightly larger follower. The shared stud family does not make the two sizes automatically interchangeable; the contact path, outer-ring envelope and machine clearance must still agree. In packaging or automation fixtures, examine whether the follower runs continuously, oscillates, or repeatedly crosses a cam transition, because those patterns affect lubrication and track wear differently. For replacement identification, pair the old model marking with measured D*, C and shoulder dimensions to avoid a thread-only match.

Treat the 32 mm outer ring as the differentiator within the M12 group. Once track clearance and axial position are verified, review the machine’s cycle pattern, support rigidity and contamination level before final selection.

Replacement and cross-reference identification

IKO CF12-1 and WERB NAKD32 are useful identifiers for this nominal size. The KRV-family legacy row uses NAKD32V. Use these references to narrow the search, then verify the physical interface and ordered configuration before treating the parts as interchangeable.

Selection and installation checks

Measure before replacement

Confirm D* 32 mm, C 14 mm, M12x1.5 thread, B/B1/B2 geometry and the available shoulder/corner clearance.

Inspect the mating track

Inspect the mating track in the context of high-cycle cam motion. A displaced contact band, ridge or local impact mark can indicate an alignment or track problem that should be corrected before EP-KR32 / EP-KRV32 is installed.

Match speed and lubrication

The speed reference is 14,000 rpm. Real operating suitability still depends on load, lubrication, temperature, contamination and cycle pattern.

Define the ordered configuration

State KR/KRV/KRE/KRVE preference, outer-surface geometry, lubricant/sealing requirement and any inspection/documentation needs in the RFQ.
