Swiss enquiries tend to emphasize precision mechanisms rather than large-volume general machinery. Watchmaking equipment, MedTech manufacturing systems and measuring instruments often leave very little space around the follower. Small dimensional differences, lubricant choice and documentation therefore deserve attention early in the RFQ.

MedTech manufacturing equipment
Clean-sensitive motion systems may require special lubricant, sealing or documentation. State these requirements before a configuration is accepted.
Measuring & R&D instruments
Smooth motion, low disturbance and repeatable geometry matter. A dimensioned assembly drawing is particularly useful for replacement.
Compact automation
EP-KR13 through EP-KR35 is a useful screening range for small automation mechanisms before load and track checks.

Cleanliness and documentation questions
If low-volatility, cleanroom-compatible or customer-approved grease is required, specify it in writing. Standard factory grease should not be assumed suitable for every precision process.
Send the actual outer diameter, width, stud thread, shoulder and mounting envelope rather than only a family code.
List required material, dimensional or inspection records with the enquiry so document availability can be confirmed before the commercial offer is finalized.
A visually similar follower can still differ in outer-ring profile, stud geometry or internal construction. Confirm these features before retrofit.
