EP-KR47 / EP-KRV47 Track Roller Bearing

47 mm stud type track roller: EP-KR47 / EP-KRV47, M20x1.5 stud, 7,000 rpm speed reference, IKO CF20 identification reference.

Description

mid-large industrial track roller

EP-KR47 / EP-KRV47 is the EVER POWER designation for the 47 mm nominal outside-diameter size in the KR/KRV stud type track roller family. It uses a M20x1.5 stud, an outer-ring width of 24 mm and a speed reference of 7,000 rpm. This size is a practical screening point for machine-tool cams, ATC mechanisms, packaging equipment and printing machinery.

*C / C0 rating unit must be confirmed before calculation. The available family rating table prints the figures 1,630 and 1,690 for this size but does not print a unit. They are useful for identifying the row, not for engineering calculations until a confirmed datasheet states the unit.

Dimensions and mounting interface

EP-KR47 / EP-KRV47 KR CF style dimension drawing

This is the reference size used in the product-detail planning example. The 47 mm outside diameter, 24 mm outer-ring width and 40.5 mm B2 dimension make the surrounding cam/track and mounting depth especially important during replacement.

Dimension Value
G1 21 mm
B max 25.6 mm
B1 max 66.1 mm
B2 40.5 mm
B3 9 mm
C1 0.8 mm
rs min 1 mm

The M20 stud allows direct installation into a substantial support, but the 47 mm ring must land on the correct track centerline. Compare B, B1 and B2 with the machine drawing and verify wrench access before installation.

Construction and configuration choices

Outer-ring running surface

The family can use a cylindrical or spherical outer surface depending on design. Confirm the mating-track geometry and edge-contact requirement.

Eccentric option

When eccentric adjustment is required, use the KRE / KRVE naming as the enquiry reference and confirm the eccentric value and mounting orientation.

KRV / lubricant details

If the mechanism needs a particular KRV sealing arrangement, grease specification, clean-production lubricant or washdown resistance, state it as an ordered requirement.

Radial track duty

For ATC and cam mechanisms, direct the reaction through the radial track contact and keep the outer ring centered. Do not rely on the follower as the machine’s primary axial guide unless the complete mechanism has been reviewed for that duty.

For ATC work, record the follower position at the load-changing points of the cam. The same 47 mm size can experience very different contact patterns depending on the mechanism geometry and timing.

Size-specific selection perspective

Where EP-KR47 / EP-KRV47 fits

EP-KR47 / EP-KRV47 is the reference size highlighted in the product-detail plan and sits in a practical overlap between packaging machinery and rigidity-oriented machine-tool or ATC mechanisms. Its M20×1.5 stud and 24 mm outer-ring width make mounting depth and track width important checks. In an automatic tool changer, the follower may experience repeated indexing and localized cam contact rather than simple continuous rotation. In printing or packaging service, cycle rate and contamination may dominate instead. For either case, measure the full B/B1/B2 relationship and inspect the contact band on the existing track. That evidence gives a much safer replacement decision than matching the CF or NAKD reference alone.

For the 47 mm M20 size, compare the complete B/B1/B2 geometry with the cam or ATC drawing before looking at operating duty. Once fit is established, review indexing frequency, contact band, lubrication and support rigidity for the actual machine.

Replacement and cross-reference identification

IKO CF20 and WERB NAKD47 are useful identifiers for this nominal size. The KRV-family legacy row uses NAKD47V. Use these references to narrow the search, then verify the physical interface and ordered configuration before treating the parts as interchangeable.

Selection and installation checks

Measure before replacement

Confirm D* 47 mm, C 24 mm, M20x1.5 thread, B/B1/B2 geometry and the available shoulder/corner clearance.

Inspect the mating track

Inspect the mating track in the context of machine-tool or heavy cam motion. A displaced contact band, ridge or local impact mark can indicate an alignment or track problem that should be corrected before EP-KR47 / EP-KRV47 is installed.

Match speed and lubrication

The speed reference is 7,000 rpm. Real operating suitability still depends on load, lubrication, temperature, contamination and cycle pattern.

Define the ordered configuration

State KR/KRV/KRE/KRVE preference, outer-surface geometry, lubricant/sealing requirement and any inspection/documentation needs in the RFQ.

Quote EP-KR47 / EP-KRV47 against the real machine interface

For EP-KR47 / EP-KRV47, include the existing CF/NAKD or EP marking, quantity, M20×1.5 engagement, B/B1/B2 fit, track width and machine function. An ATC or cam drawing plus cycle information makes replacement review much more reliable.
